FIRST AND FOREMOST Be considerate of other residents and guests utilizing the pool and hot tub

3. Be responsible for you and your trash. Cleanup after yourself. Throw away plastic

4. The type and volume of music one listens to is personal. If you’re playing music and
someone else arrives, it is your responsibility to stop playing music unless the other

5. All guests, regardless of age, MUST be accompanied by an authorized Resident when
using the Pool and/or Hot Tub. Residents are responsible for the actions of their
guests. No child(ren) under the age of 18 may use the pool and hot tub area

6. Persons using the pool and/or hot tub MUST shower prior to entering the pool hot tub.
If oils or lotions are applied to the skin or any user, users must shower with soap to
remove the oils/lotions or else take two successive non-soap showers to remove all

7. No running, pushing, diving, rough housing or inappropriate behavior is allowed.
8. No swimming in street clothes. Proper swim attire is required to be worn by all users

9. No smoking is allowed in the pool and hot tub area.

12.Return all chairs, lounges and tables to the area under the overhang after use.
13.The pool and hot tub solar blankets will be put into use mid-December through the later
part of March. The blankets shall be placed over the hot tub surface when not in use. It
may be removed and replaced by Members wanting to use the hot tub. The pool solar
blanket shall be placed and removed only by the Pool Committee. When the ambient
air temperature is 60 degrees, the blanket will be placed on the pool and it will not be
removed unless the ambient air temperature is rising above 60 degrees. The pool solar
blanket should be rolled up during extreme wind conditions at the discretion of the Pool
Committee regardless of the forecasted air temperatures.

15.The Southern Oasis Property Owners’ Association Board of Directors reserves the right
to deny use of the pool and hot tub to any owner and/or guest at any time and for any
reason. In case of Emergency: utilize the Emergency phone located on the wall of the
clubhouse. It is a push to-talk device and is programmed to automatically dial 9-1-1.

16.No lane swimming when others are using the pool. The pool is open 23 hours a day,
there is plenty of time for lane swimming. (See also Lap Swimming Etiquette)

17.Under no circumstance are residents to add any chemical to the water of the pool or
hot tub. Do not add water to the hot tube and never add a bubbling, foaming or soap
